Frequently asked questions
Credit billing
The standard rate is 1 credit per second of audio, rounded up to the next whole second per generation. Credit rules may differ by voice.
Credits are granted after each successful payment and expire at the end of that billing period, without rollover. Failed generations without usable audio do not use your credits. Samples, replays and repeat downloads are free.
Cloud storage
Storage is a total capacity, not a monthly allowance. A generation started before storage is full is saved in full, even if it slightly exceeds capacity. Once full, delete audio or upgrade to continue. Existing files are kept after a downgrade.
Renewal & cancellation
Renews monthly. Prices are in USD before applicable taxes, which appear before payment. After cancellation, your remaining paid credits stays available until the billing period ends.
