Refund Policy

Requesting a refund

Contact support@ttshub.net within 14 days of the payment you want reviewed. Include your account email, Paddle transaction or receipt reference, and a brief description of the problem. Never include your full card number. You may also contact Paddle using the support link on your receipt or paddle.net. This policy applies to the monthly subscription charge, including renewals.

Unused and partly used credits

If you have not used any credits from the paid billing period, you can request a full refund within 14 days. If you have used some credits, contact us within that time: we review the remaining unused portion and any service issues and may offer a proportionate refund. A partial refund is not automatic. We do not normally refund successfully delivered and used generation capacity, except where applicable law or Paddle’s buyer terms require otherwise. Approved refunds remove the corresponding credits, and a full refund removes all remaining credits from that payment.

Failed generation and technical problems

A generation that does not save usable audio does not consume your credits. If a connection closes after audio is saved, retrieve the saved audio from Account without paying for a new generation. If you believe a charge or deduction is wrong, or a technical issue prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us so we can restore the credits, resolve the issue or arrange an appropriate refund.

Cancellation and processing

Cancel future renewals using Account → Manage subscription and billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period; you can continue using its remaining credits until expiry. Refunds are handled through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle and your payment provider. A currency conversion made by your bank may affect the amount you receive in your local currency.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal or refund rights, or rights under Paddle’s buyer terms. Where those rights provide greater protection, they take precedence. Contact support if you need help exercising them.
