Character allowance
Your allowance is charged for the actual text characters, including spaces and punctuation. Delivery instructions cost no extra. All voices cost the same.
Characters are granted after each successful payment and expire at the end of that billing period, without rollover. Failed generations without usable audio do not use your allowance. Samples, replays and repeat downloads are free.
Audio duration
Audio duration is an estimate. Actual length varies with language, speaking speed and pauses.
Cloud storage
Storage is a total capacity, not a monthly allowance. A generation started before storage is full is saved in full, even if it slightly exceeds capacity. Once full, delete audio or upgrade to continue. Existing files are kept after a downgrade.
Renewal & cancellation
Renews monthly. Prices are in USD before applicable taxes, which appear before payment. After cancellation, your remaining paid allowance stays available until the billing period ends.
