TTSHub

Privacy Policy

Who we are

TTSHub is the operator of ttshub.net and is responsible for the personal data we use to provide this service. For privacy requests or questions, contact support@ttshub.net. This policy describes the service as of the effective date below.

Account and service data

Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name, email address and profile image. We store these details, session records, subscription identifiers, character allowances and generation metadata such as voice, character count, status and timestamps. We use this information to authenticate you, deliver paid features, prevent abuse and resolve billing issues. We do not receive your Google password. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage keeps your drafts, settings and downloaded generation history on your device.

Text and generated audio

When you request a generation, we send its text, selected voice and delivery instructions to Google Gemini or ElevenLabs, depending on the voice. Cloudflare hosts our application, database and private audio storage. We store signed-in scripts, voice settings and generated audio privately for access by their owner. A request fingerprint helps prevent duplicate generation. Cloud audio is retained until you delete it; there is no 24-hour expiry. Deleted audio becomes inaccessible immediately and storage deletion is retried if necessary. Guest drafts stay in browser storage. When signing in from the studio, the current draft is saved to your account; other local drafts are imported only when selected. Signed-in editing uses a temporary browser recovery cache for unsaved changes, removed after a successful cloud save. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information.

Payments and support

Paddle processes payments as Merchant of Record. It receives the information you enter at checkout and handles payment records and applicable tax obligations under its own privacy policy. We store Paddle customer, transaction and subscription identifiers, payment status and amounts needed to provide your allowance and handle refunds. We do not receive full card numbers or card security codes. Messages sent to support@ttshub.net are forwarded to the operator’s mailbox and used to address your request. Do not email card details or identity documents unless a verified process specifically requires them.

Service providers and international processing

Our providers include Cloudflare, Google, ElevenLabs, Paddle and email delivery providers. They process relevant data to operate their services and may process it outside your country, including in the United States and other regions. Their applicable terms and privacy practices also apply to their processing. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose limited information when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud and protect the service.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses essential login cookies and local browser storage. We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and feature use, including selected voices, text length and generation duration. Google Analytics may use cookies to measure visits. We do not send script text, delivery instructions or payment details to analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Retention and your choices

Account and billing records remain while needed to operate your account, handle disputes and meet legal, accounting and security obligations. Audio has the shorter retention period described above. You may request access, correction, deletion or an export by emailing support@ttshub.net from your account email; we may need to verify ownership. Deleting browser storage does not delete your account or cancel a subscription. Cancel your subscription separately to stop renewal. We retain only records required for outstanding obligations after an account deletion request.

Legal bases and rights

Where required by applicable law, we rely on performing our contract to deliver accounts, generation and billing; legitimate interests for necessary security and fraud prevention; and legal obligations for financial records. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object or complain to your data protection authority. We respond to verified requests within applicable legal time limits. The service is not intended for children.

Updates

We update this policy when our processing changes and show the effective date here. We will provide additional notice for material changes when required.
